Keena graduated in nursing from UNC Chapel Hill and worked in emergency medicine for several years before earning her master’s in nursing from UNC Charlotte. She holds a post-master’s degree in acute care from Duke University and has worked across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings as a Nurse Practitioner.
Her clinical breadth gives her a unique perspective on patient care — combining the urgency and precision of emergency medicine with the personalized, relationship-driven approach that defines aesthetic wellness.
Keena oversees the Maverick Men’s Health Austin, a private, men-only space with its own dedicated entrance. She brings expertise in men’s health, wellness optimization, and aesthetic medicine, creating treatment plans that address everything from hormone balance to skin rejuvenation.
When she is not at the clinic, Keena stays active coaching at Cyclebar Bee Caves, traveling, attending concerts, and being a dedicated sports mom to her kids.
